This week I am finishing up a free consistency challenge (#C4 – The Consistency, Consistency, Consistency Challenge) that was offered as a free program to my email list.

C4 was a one-month program that worked on getting consistent with our fitness and nutrition. By focusing on just a few aspects of both of those areas, our group was able to see that being consistent is not as complicated as it may initially seem. YES, it is WORK, but when taken in smaller “chunks”, it is doable.

SOS – Smarts on Snacks. #SOS is a FREE 4-week guide to healthy snacking. So many women I speak to say that they know they should be eating healthy snacks, but outside of the ol’ “handful of almonds”, they don’t know what to choose.

This new guide consists of easy and healthy snack ideas, a different theme each week, nutritional information, shopping lists for the simple recipes AND general tips snacking.
