Consistency in what you eat
Consistency with your cardio
Consistency with your strength training
ALL components have to be happening to lose that weight, maintain that loss and keep increasing your fitness level.
Having a week where all three happen, followed by two weeks where nothing happens, followed by two weeks where two of those parts happen, is NOT going to cut it.
