…sooo… truth? Today would have been the EASIEST day to skip. We had my younger daughter’s birthday party today.
I was really busy and really sore from the 45-pound kettlebell squats. I had a couple of options:
- skip the day and break the #FORGETfebruary Challenge
- do something that would keep the streak alive, but wouldn’t take much time – like jump on the elliptical for 15 minutes, run a mile on the treadmill or outside, something like that.
- suck it the hell up and go run the 3 miles that would bring me to 15 miles for the week and make me feel better about myself for staying true to the Challenge AND you guys!!!!
