…She’s got LEGS…no, not the ZZ Top song (very OLD reference), but a reference to my workout today.  I mentioned the other day that I have recently broken my workouts into body part splits.

Trying to build some muscle!

Again, in the interest of time, in 30 minutes, I squeezed in 3 exercises, 3 times – twice. So it looked like this:

  • squats – weighted seated to 3/4 raise
  • reverse lunges
  • abs – on a stability ball

(3 times)

  • single leg squats
  • weighted hip raises
  • abs – pikes with gliders

(3 times)

By the time I’m done my legs are nice and tired.
