…Sunday (Day 26) was a very hectic day, so my “running around” was my activity. We are having some work done in the house and it made for a lot of moving of furniture, etc.
…Today (Day 27) I ran 5 miles. The winter has somewhat returned, and I was kinda tired, but today is Monday and you should never miss a Monday…that’s a thing, ya know.
