…Super Bowl Monday…and I have SBS…what is that, you ask?  SUPER BOWL STOMACH…that is when you eat stuff that your stomach isn’t used to and it bothers you most of the next day.

BUT – a challenge awaits!  I decided I would run 5.  I had to argue with myself to get out the door, but I did it.  Felt pretty good, so at my turn-around point of 2.5 miles, I argued with myself to keep going.  Felt fine until mile 4…then – to those who have run, you may have had this feeling…my stomach did this “flip” thing…wasn’t sure how the last 2 miles were going to go, but I had to get home, so I kept on going.

Ran 6.  Feel okay.  Moral of the story:  If you’re going to eat stuff you’re stomach isn’t used, just have a little.
