Yesterday was a busy day so I didn’t get to work out until after 4:00…something I realized and think it would be good to share is that it is important to understand what time of day is GOOD for YOU to work out and what times aren’t.
4:00 is not a good time for me :). Low energy part of the day for me…but as the only time yesterday, I did it.
Today was a treadmill day. I will be in trouble once I catch up on all the episodes of The League. Today I did 3.75, then walked for a quarter mile for an even 4.0.
