wall sit/squat in :30 intervals x 3

Chest press/dumbbell rows x 3

On bench:  leg abduction, spiderman cross-over and push-ups x 3

February 13 – ANOTHER snow day

Planned to run 4 miles…ran 3, hated it.  Walked uphill for .5…felt like a wimp, ran the last .5 for a total of 4.0.
