I’m here, I’m here!

Busy couple of days…Kate turns 11 tomorrow, so we had her family party yesterday.  Because of all the snow, I was WAY behind in my planning.  Here is a summary of the last three days:

Friday – 4 sets of 15 leg presses.

Saturday – SKIPPED – not one moment to myself.

Sunday – Ran 3.5 miles on the treadmill.  I am enjoying watching The League while I run. 🙂

It is not easy to get exercise in.  I will be the first to say that…work, kids, daily STUFF just gets in the way.  Friday was one of those days, but I KNEW I was going to skip Saturday, so I had to fit SOMETHING in.  I do not like the expression “better than nothing”.  After 4 sets of leg presses, my heart was beating faster and my legs were burning.  WAY better than nothing.

Week 2 is underway.  What will you do for yourself this week?
