If you know me, you know that I HATE winter. February is the WORST of it. It’s cold and it’s dark. I miss the sun. February drains me physically and mentally.
So what is MY solution? Let’s do the FORGET FEBRUARY challenge.
THE CHALLENGE – EXERCISE EVERY DAY during the month of February.
Now I am not talking about a full 30-60 minute workout every day…although that would be just fine ;). I am talking about getting in a LITTLE MORE physical activity than you normally would EACH AND EVERY DAY of the month.
SO let’s take this cold, dark, but SHORT month. Focus on yourself and do a little each day. I will be posting daily on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram – letting you all know what I am doing as MY exercise.
