Lunging is one of the most important moves we will do in our classes. It is one that focuses on many muscles in the lower half of our body. Proper form is essential first for SAFETY and secondly for EFFECTIVENESS. Once you learn how to lunge properly, you can add SO MUCH to it and continue to get stronger, safely.
