OH NO!!!!  I forgot the SEVENTEENTH Day of Fitness!!!!!!  I’m sorry.

Seventeenth Day:  The times you do NOT feel like exercising are the days you probably should the MOST…the days you feel super stressed out.  The days that you are really tired.  Exercise can alleviate BOTH of those issues.

 

Eighteenth Day:  Cooking every day is hard.  Be prepared.  On the weekend, make a few meals that you can use during the week.
