BOY!  40 days in a row is a lot to remember!!!!

Missed another one.  I apologize.

Twenty-second Day:  Those of you who have been with me a while know how much I REALLY do not like the phrase, “Better than nothing”…

“I went on the elliptical for 7 minutes…that’s better than nothing.”

I would like to amend my distain for that phrase during this month.  We are all busy.  Busier than usual.  If you can get 15 minutes of cardio in – that’s great.  If you can do 20 push ups and 20 sit ups before you jump in the shower in the morning, that’s great.

Fit in the exercise where you can.  The key here is – FIT IT IN!  NO excuses that you cannot take that TINY amount of time during the day.

Twenty-third Day:  MIX UP your routine.  Your body gets used to what you do.  It will eventually work “less hard” as time passes.  Change up your cardio and strength training every few weeks.
