SO I tested out one of the workouts that comes with the FREE Consistency Challenge…still working on a cool name ;).
If I can say so myself, I am pleased with how it went. I did 4 rounds in just under 20 minutes. Added a little bit of a cardio component and think it’s now READY to go!!
I guess it’s not an accident that so much of what I do and how I do it is firmly entrenched in the “MY Time Fitness” theme. I created this freebie to help get and keep you on track.
