I HAVE to tell you about my workout today.

It was snowing. Today is a “running day” for me.

Those who know me know how much I HATE the treadmill. I mean REALLY can’t stand it. BUT safety first, so to the treadmill I go.

In order to “survive” the workout, I needed to get creative. Here’s what I did:

  • .5 mile (faster than my normal pace)
  • Sumo squat
  • Sumo squat pulses
  • Reverse incline flyes
  • Standing triceps kickback

TWICE

  • .5 mile (same pace)
  • Sit, stand, overhead press
  • Pulse raises
  • Low band triceps kickback

TWICE

  • .5 mile (same pace)
  • Weighted step up
  • Dumbbell Row
  • High band triceps kickback

TWICE

Finish with a 1-mile run on treadmill – watching Rocky (the first one)

Total run: 4 miles – Bonus strength training
