I HAVE to tell you about my workout today.
It was snowing. Today is a “running day” for me.
Those who know me know how much I HATE the treadmill. I mean REALLY can’t stand it. BUT safety first, so to the treadmill I go.
In order to “survive” the workout, I needed to get creative. Here’s what I did:
- .5 mile (faster than my normal pace)
- Sumo squat
- Sumo squat pulses
- Reverse incline flyes
- Standing triceps kickback
TWICE
- .5 mile (same pace)
- Sit, stand, overhead press
- Pulse raises
- Low band triceps kickback
TWICE
- .5 mile (same pace)
- Weighted step up
- Dumbbell Row
- High band triceps kickback
TWICE
Finish with a 1-mile run on treadmill – watching Rocky (the first one)
Total run: 4 miles – Bonus strength training
