In-Person Fitness Training
My Time Fitness and Nutrition is named to describe my philosophy on exercise.
Everyone is busy. Everyone has something else to do besides take care of themselves. There is always something more urgent.
I believe that by NOT taking care of yourself, you are NOT as good at the rest of your life as you can be. Exercise and taking care of yourself makes you a better parent, friend, spouse, employee.
The analogy I share with my clients is the statement the flight attendants give: before putting the oxygen mask on someone else, put it on yourself first. Taking care of yourself is the only way you can be effective at taking care of anybody else.
I have been helping people reach their fitness goals since 2004.
- I am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) — one of the few nationally accredited programs.
- I am experienced in training both men and women of all skill levels — aged 15 to 85-years-old.
- I train my clients on their time and at locations that work best for them, such as:
- In my studio in Roseland
- In your home
I train Monday through Friday with time available in the mornings and afternoons, as well.
