Hi.  I can’t stand the treadmill, but sometimes it is really the only option…when the roads are covered in snow, and the banks make it too likely that I won’t be seen by the cars.  So today I mixed it up…

Warm up – 5 minutes elliptical

THE FOLLOWING CYCLE, 4 TIMES:

15 – kettlebell sumo squats with a 50-pound kettlebell

15 – full body rows on the TRX

15 – knee push ups

30 – toe reaches (abs)

1/4 mile run at 8:45 pace

It isn’t a “run” per se, but it was a good combination of a STRENGTH and CARDIO workout.
