Last week in June!!  You’ve almost made it through the last month of the Fitter U Q 2 Challenge!

Ideally we would be doing pull-ups, but because very few of us have a pull-up bar available, we are going to do a COMBO week.

3 times a day, complete the following:

10 Squats

10 Push-Ups

10 Crunches

Have FUN!  OH, and get ready…I already know we are doing in July!!
