“It takes so long to make my own lunch…it’s much easier to BUY it.”

I hear that often from my clients, so today, as any good trainer would, I TIMED myself making a salad.

I started with an empty plate.  I made a salad.  It took me 4:24 – and I wasn’t rushing.  Here’s what I did.

1)  Peeled and cut up half a cucumber

2)  Diced half a roasted chicken breast

3)  Chopped up the leftover cooked broccoli from dinner last night

4)  Put lettuce and balsamic on plate

DONE.  And SOOO much healthier than other choices out there.
