As my email described…my first goal in 2015 is the Rutgers Half Marathon, taking place on Sunday, April 12th.  I will be posting here occasionally to keep you up to date on my progress, successes and challenges throughout the process.

My PERSONAL intent is to keep myself focused on my fitness during the winter…my least favorite time of year.

My PROFESSIONAL intent is to motivate you to do the same, partly by explaining that while I really do love working out, there are days when it just isn’t fun :).
